ORDINARY BUSINESS
1. To receive the audited acounts for the year ended December 31st, 2023 together with the reports of the Directors, Auditors and the Audit Committee thereon.
2. To authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.
3. To re-elect Directors (a.) Mr. Sam Okagbue, FCArb
4. To disclose the remuneration of the Managers of the Company
5. To electmembers of the Statutory Audit Committee.

6. To approve the remuneration of Non-Executive Directors.
